I don't know about others, but I have NO interest in a cloud service or in "renting" my software... They are not proposing this to make it better or easier for us, but to try to squeeze more blood out of some rather dated technology.

As far as I'm concerned, the only valuable thing they have is ACR at this point.

I cant see why I need to clog up my very small bandwidth connection doing uploads/downloads in what I see as a scheme to allow Adobe to manage their assets more tightly.

If they sold the software for half the price then they would have very little piracy issues.
In the past for the money you also got a printed manual now you get a whole load of advertising rubbish, a CD, huge box and a sticker that has your Serialisation Code and no manual.
The price has been doubled and I dont use the support which I also get charged for in UK.  So there doesnt seem a lot in it for me except some new bells and whistles compared to my old CS2.
