If the xt1 had a better viewfinder and AF for wildlife that would have been the option but lens might be the problem as well.
The XT is 'better' than earlier models....but not sufficient that would recommend it for wild life or sports use.
I am on the verge of getting rid of all my Nikon gear except for the 500mm, 300mm and 80-200mm. I just need a D400 to go with them for action subjects!!
Fuji are evolving and improving all the time...I would be happy to use their equipment for all other subjects.
