re: processor names
Most of it is marketing-speak, and as anywhere each year's processor is a bit faster
Also: do not get carried away by the marketing-driven megapixels, if you want to get the most out of any 20Mpx-plus camera, you need professional-grade (and price) lenses.
The 18-140 tries to be somewhat upmarket, and is a later design by Nikon.
