I cant find any pinout details for the XQD cards.
I did a quick ebay search for adapters for CF to XQD and vice versa but came up with no hits.
Plenty of adapters for SD and TD or microSD to CF cards adapters. I use these in my D3, D3S and D800 as I prefer to buy SD cards.
