I have resisted using the three legged thing as I know that inevitably I will not use it on all occasions so I have been doing tests and even things that I woudlnt normally do when shooting.
Here is an example of some images.
First shot here is obviously in need of a tripod!!
Shutter speed was 1/20 - handheld.
