I think there is an uninstaller in the Adobe folder Tom but with the Mac, uninstall is fairly simple although perhaps not 100% but then I don't think Adobe uninstallers are 100%... There will be hidden files and some scattered around the libraries.

On a Mac simple select the file to remove and press cmd+delete or drag to the trash. In 'Application Support' in your library folder, find the Adobe files and remove the Ps5 versions.

If you don't see the library folder on your Mac, in a finder window, select the 'Go' Menu, then press the 'alt' key, which will reveal the Library link in the menu.
