some usefull comments so far keep them coming the nikon knowledge on here is unsurpassed .

thanks for the replies so far guys ,as i said i already have a 300 f4 just need a CHEAP knock about lens for the wife to use .i really wanted info on the older (80's) 75-300 push-pull lens with the integral tripod mount and its suitability with a d200 and d7000 . some usefull comments so far keep them coming the nikon knowledge on here is unsurpassed .
