Scuse my misunderstanding Eric. I always get my min and max apertures mixed up. I checked the manual but that was no help so I stuck it in A and it goes to f8 at every length
Thanks. That's the same as the LUMIX. It doesn't give a lot of choice at the tele end. The LUMIX is 5.6 > 8 which isn't a lot better. Suspect the compromises are many when trying to squeeze in the mega reach.
Will watch with interest to see how you get on with it.
