Nikon doesn't consider these features pro. As an example Only a GPS dangling on a dongle is pro and suitable for a $5000 camera. A built in chip is OK for a $ 300 consumer model. :sick:


They want to sell more Nikon accessories where their markup is huge.

GPS in camera is a easy one and the cost is less than $5 but a specialist GPS addon from Nikon is $€£250. Nice profit.
