Nikon D3100/3200 reset to factory.
Press 'Menu' button on the back near the LCD display.
Select the Shooting Menu or Setup Menu.
Scroll through the options until 'Reset Shooting Options' is highlighted.
Press OK and then highlight 'Yes'
Press Ok again.
