4/3 has its niche.
My friend in Norway has a D3S and Olympus 4/3 outfit.
It is about the light and the image the photographer captures. How it is processed makes a difference as well.
My view is the equipment is less important if you have the eye and skills. That said I also like to use the right tool for the job. A hammer is not a screwdriver but I have seen it used for that!
