I have never dealt with them myself, I think they are telephone or on-line only, which puts me off because I like to see before I buy.
I bought a DX 16-80 zoom lens from them ...for the D500. Good condition. Not sure how keen they are on prices though. Then again they've been in business for long enough to know their pricing works. It did for me, after all.
