 Top picture I would say is better colour but the lower one seems sharper if you look at the hairs behind the head.
I would also say that the lower image is possibly more colour accurate (but only Ed can say that with an conviction).

Guessing I'd say top is D800 and bottom is S2 but I'm probably wrong!
