Gary, look at the right hand picture, in the left hand corn,er ther is a small greyish dot. That is a dust mark or grolly!,
Maybe Ed was clearing his throat with the lens off the camera!,
Thanks Jonathan! I did see the small dot but thought it may have been a lady bug sized asteroid Ed caught in the shot. Grolly, first time I have seen that word used to describe a dust bunny! I like it.
Sorry about the grolly Ed. I would have thought the D800 would have vaporized any foreign matter to come into contact with the sensor.
