Difficult to tell the wingspan from that angle but I would hazard a guess at a fulmar.
Not a Fulmar ...they fly stiffwinged and are predominantly white around belly and head...even young ones.
It looks more like a juvenile Gt Blackback Gull from the beak. But suspect Iain and Jeff will have the answer.
