I was offered a similar deal on a D3s last year, not quite so high shutter count but nearly. The price was much higher than yours, else I might have been more tempted. It had been a studio camera from a London studio. The camera never leaves it's tripod from the start to the end of it's life. Body was immaculate, I have seen several of these immaculate high shutter count cameras, the last being a D800 with about 280,000 clicks.
I have some 'spare' 4 Gb cards but use them as backup and for the smaller D200 IR and wide spectrum bodies. Get a couple of 32Gb CF's, they are getting cheaper now.
