I use AuctionSniper for eBay bidded auctions, set it with a 2 secs before close with what I think is what I want to pay.

Lol - I have been using Auctionsniper for 20+ years - I used to buy MG engines at ridiculously low prices and relied on any other interested parties not having the time to jack up the price
