My username is ~ireallyhatepcsalot... have been on since the early days, member since: 08-Sep-01. The proportion of scammers was probably the same back then but they have got better at disguising themselves now.
I know several genuine people who have similar feedback levels but I still tend to stick with lower fb numbers if I can, unless I really, really want the item, in which case I am less picky. I guess it's my way of narrowing the choice. I guess I don't want to buy from a dealer who knows nothing about what they are selling and cares less, providing the money comes rolling in.
