But for those who do care, it's worth getting it as good as possible.  I don't think many people LOOK at the detail, but they do see it, the detail is very important, as are the finishing touches, like your borders and captions which you use to such good effect.  They add to the image by focusing the eye on the picture and separating it from it's surroundings.

I was looking at some local artist photographs of Morecambe Bay yesterday, very expensive, the titles left me underwhelmed... "Streak of Light" and "Curved" ??? A reflection on a channel and a curved channel.  Something more imaginative might have helped the prospective purchaser open their wallet or purse.

When it boils down to it, you are only pleasing yourself Robert. 

Graham was chastising me for not removing the stick from this tits head and cloning out the oof branch and not selecting a faster shutter speed than 1/80th. (Which I hadn't checked prior to shooting :wisemonkeys:
But... what does he know?:lol::lol:
