It'll be exciting to see what Nikon comes out with. I think what you've all said is very valid, a lot of people have jumped ship.

It's interesting though as of yet I'm not regretting moving to the Z6 II and investing in the Z mount lenses, I've had a bit more time hands-on with the Sony's and I didn't enjoy them as much (looking forward to trying an A1 later this year).

Very much looking forward to testing the R5/R6 later this month or beginning of next too, it'll be good to see what that kit can do.

I'd personally argue that at this stage, very few of the mirrorless offerings aren't capable of great shots, though Nikon does lag behind on autofocus. That being said I tested the Z7 II earlier this year and very much enjoyed using that, lots of advancements in the area of AF and usability. 

I have to say I feel quite spoiled with the amount of camera we can get now, feels a LONG way from the D300 and even D600 I bought not that long ago.
