Some seven years ago I had a 2012 Jaguar XF, it was supposedly a premium car but quite frankly it wasn't a patch on the Saab 9-5 it replaced and I sold it for a 2005 Saab 9-5 Aero. However, as a result of having a Jaguar I joined a Jaguar forum. What I read put me off JLR for life: Cars in the hands of dealers for many weeks awaiting parts or authorisation to replace something. Design faults that should never have happened. Form taking precedence over function resulting in unnecessary complexity etc. Obviously I won't be buying a new Saab any time soon but their customer service, when I needed it, was excellent. It appears that JLR haven't improved! The place to iron out the bugs is in development, the customer should never find out about them. I hope you get your Land Rover fixed Eric.
