A single page could have in excess of 10 'Ignore Member' buttons all of which are too easy to click accidentally
I've ignored a member on purpose to test the functionality and it immediately ignores that members posts throughout the whole forum
It's then not obvious or easy to un-ignore
(go to home page, click my account, click ignore, check box next to ignored member, click remove from list)
