When the D3 came out I deliberately didn't handle one until it was within my budget, the same applies to mirrorless. I won't even get near one until I can afford to buy one.

I made the mistake of handling a D850 at a dealers. (I only went in for a memory card!). The rest was history.

Still the best Nikon in the hand with superb performance that set a standard that is hard to better today.
