That trick really doesn't work, since the staff still get paid and you just end up wasting a couple of hours of your own time Sometimes you get to deal with jerks You could cut off your nose and abandon the Mac, you could try to work your way through their phone system to get to a real person (apple are pretty wise about this and it should be easy to get to a real person, you can go elsewhere, you could steal their software (sorry crack it) I recommend you call them, suffer through the robot, maintain your composure and express your concerns. - if you order online you could usually have an item like this in 3 days and if you have any trouble ask to 'escalate' the issue Also, are you sure you didn't just get out of bed the wrong side... steve of oxford wrote: WRONG ANSWER, TOTALLY USELESS!
