been too much doom and gloom of late.....
.....well what do you expect? the country went to the dogs years ago. Nothing left of Great Britain, except Elizabeth's tax grabbing governments of course.
It's virtually all been sold out to the US style corporate admin office world non-public facing unaccountable model of power disparity exploit and ripping the people off at every turn.
The island really needs undermining from the sea bed, floated and towed somewhere warmer.
...on second thoughts maybe sinking is the more humane option.
I'm just guessing here Steve, but I am thinking you didn't buy Eric Idle's "always look on the bright side of life" at the olympic closing event ??
