For me the most terrific thing is that Reminders now works across the platforms and I can ditch my 3P todo list
There are a bunch of little things but as Robert says, unless you use facebook and twitter a lot, they are all pretty secondary.
One really cool feature is Passbook, but it is a case of the chicken and the egg - a great concept of having all your cards and passes in an app, but there are no cards an passes ready for it yet... But BRACE YOURSELF
