Your major problem is that you can't upgrade from 32 to 64 bit; you have to reinstall the OS from scratch.

I can't see any reason not to use 64 bit. Early on there were issues with no application support and even instabilities but that's two/three generations ago. Your major problem is that you can't upgrade from 32 to 64 bit; you have to reinstall the OS from scratch. Rob
