Jeff, Cant hurt to try getting the cashback from Nikon UK. They are usually pretty good and only want to see the dealer/trader invoice.
Jeff may be right as it seems this time they are asking for a copy of the yellow warranty sheet...that has Nikon UK or Europe mentioned.
I did wonder, when I saw the discount on the Amazon product was the same amount as the cash back figure.
