I use Lightroom for reviewing images with my customers as it is very easy and I can show them selected images by using filtering and keywords.


I think photoMechanic is valuable for those further down the track who understand its rationale a bit more, Lightroom is a better tool for developing an understanding of that rationale

For those on a Mac who are either beginner level or budget conscious I just recommend iPhoto
