The sad fact was, and still is, that we like the convenience of a store in our own high street we can call in and examine the goods. But we then want internet prices. Jessops failed last time for three reasons...1. Shops in nearly every major town in the country....2. An unwillingness to offer Internet prices in store without going through the process of ordering online and collecting in store....3. Poor management of these issues. I, literally ordered a lens on my iPad in the shop from their online site, for immediate collection in THAT shop...to avoid an extra trip. Ludicrous inflexibility.
