I am going to have to beef up the colour of my Avatar. When displayed next to Rich I look ill! Believe it to not I had a good tan at the time.:-O
Just so everyone knows, I set the avatar maximum dimensions to a generous 200 pixels wide, and 80kbs file size. The server will easily handle that even if a few hundred members are online together.
