as a lot of you know ,i have had numerous problems with my d7100 since new ,tried various cures and twitches and got it working reasonably well ,well out today with it taking some pics of birds on feeders in bright sunlight ,sun behind me and i was getting readings of 1/1600th sec at 4000 iso at f7.1 ,but i carried on without realising ,then the review screen went totally black ,i then tried to go into menu nothing either switched it off then back on took about two shots at f7.1 the next shot it had changed itself to f45 and again and again ..changed the t.c just in case ,no better . stormed off home ,phoned the shop up LCE chester .told to bring it in ,no argument changed for a brand new body .,just set it up and it already feels different tried a few test shots in fading light and seem to be a lot better ,try again tomorrow as i,m at a air show
