In my case unfriendly user access, both uploading, managing and viewing. As a cosseted Mac user, I'm not used (nor prepared to do battle) with the rough and tumble of the PC world and all it's issues. If it doesn't 'just work', I tend to go do something else that does, 'just work' rather than...
