Hi all, just got a D3100 and looking forward to digital slr live.
I have used 35mm slrs extensively, and must confess I used Canons!!!!!!!
Anyway I haven't had an slr for about ten years, lots of advances lots of questions hoping for lots of advice, speak to you all soon

Welcome to the forum.
I too was a Canon film shooter but converted to Nikon when digital came along. There is a wealth of experience and expertise on this forum with friendy people willing to help with any queries you may have.
