Well done Rick, Lr 4 is a big step up, the way it manages images, and processes NEF's in the same way as Photoshop does is very good. I particularly like the quick assessment after a session, I am starting to use the MBP (Laptop) for my initial assessments rather than the desktop. It's so easy to compare similar images, select the best and reject and erase the rest. Can reduce 3 or 400 NEF's to 20 or 30 in quick style. The only downside, if you can call it that, is there is no facility for an upgrade at Adobe educational rates. However the educational price is, (or was?) comparable with the retail upgrade price for most of their products.
