I use the Sanyo Eneloop batteries.

They used only come in 200mAH version but they now come in 2500mAH as well.
Their main characteristic is that they dont discharge like a NiMH battery but more like a Lion battery.
A NiMH battery discharges at 10-15%/month whereas for an Eneloop and Lion battery this is only 2-5%/month.

This makes them very good for use in cameras and flashes.
