Ouch! They are not the easiest. Michael got Lightroom 3 and one of the Adobe packages under the education discount scheme, they disallowed one claim because they wanted a fresh letter of proof he was in full time education from his school for each item he ordered. In the end they relented and allowed the transaction. I must have spent over an hour on the phone and countless eMails and 'chat' sessions to customer support.
