..but sometimes Took 3 series of 4 images testing my new lens on different apertures. . That = 12photos, right? Import them into Photos on the iPad. There's only 11. Try to import again and 11 images only showing ...and ticked as already imported. Put the card back in the camera ....12. Now the problem is....because the iPad doesn't display file names I cannot see which one is missing, let alone WHY! So I have to take the card to the desktop to see which one in the series is missing. And yes there are 12. Ended up doing the evaluation on the desktop as I was already there. I love the IPad but sometimes

Mine sits on a shelf, unused and unloved. And I am supposedly an 'Apple Fanboy'. I love Apple computers since 1988 but these iDevices are too clever for their own good.

I use mine daily/hourly. I dont edit on the ipad only email and web browser. Eric try buying FileExplorer. It is very good and allows nice control of images in both a Private area, Photos, and olthers. You need to give it permissions to do this via Settings.
