OK I have been following what is happening on this thread.

Looks like the general consensus is that it is either no FB or a both website and FB option is the preferred option. Since I dont intend to extend my time doing moderation I think that the FB option doesnt really seem to be wanted so we will persist with just the website.

I think 'Like' has become more of an acknowledgement - kind of 'Thankyou for posting' or 'I empathise' rather than I like this.
