Yes, I just did a test, and Photoshop AI latest version is now much improved and a lot better than Bing. They did say they were working on it and this took less than 5 minutes to generate on a white selected canvas  and is a large HD image.

One of the problems that still persists with Photoshops AI prepared photos are bizarre unwanted artefacts.

When using backgrounds generated from an AI command line I always found something spurious that needed airbrushing out like the two peculiarities circled in yellow in this image….
