My late father Major RJR Whistler MBE was captured at Dunkirk so spent most of the war as a POW in Germany but then carried on in the army for most of his working life. These are his hands on his medals in nursing home in the tast months of his life 2012. I took this with my Nikon D3X  Nikon 105mm Macro lens and a single Elinchrom Flash.
