A young girl, Martha Payne (Veg) took it upon herself to photograph and record in a blog, her school dinners, marking and commenting on them.

This caused such a stir that it was covered in a national paper which resulted in her being banned by her school from photographing her meals.

The social media went mad, her blog went from 2 million hits this morning to almost 4 million as I type this.

The charity to whom she was donating:

Went from £2,000 this morning to £46,000 as I type.

I understand this is called the Barbra Streisand effect, the more you try to suppress something the more interest it attracts.
