When adding images to a post there are two ways of doing this.
1. Use the Browse button at the bottom of the Post Editor window.  (faster)
2. Use the Blue cross in the Post Editor toolbar. (slower but better!)

Suggestion:  Don't use the "Browse" button as the image file when uploaded may or may not be resized the image, instead use the blue cross button to upload the image & paste to the post, then it should retain the sharpness.

Tutorial on using the Blue Cross is shown in the attached PDF file.
