well I thought I was in gallery section
and my avitor it went to a blank page I left it open went to the store and was still blank and no avitor

Hmm. I just had a look in your Gallery and it's empty and no avatar has been loaded.

First, the avatar. Did you make sure the photo had been resized?

If it's too big, the software will reject it.

OK Win 7. Right click the photo > Edit > Resize > 800 x 600

They should fit then.

Gallery is working but you need to go and create a new album in your gallery area to upload to.
