Just back today from the latest visit - 850 working well - if you look closely I haven't got dust on the sensor - those are actual flies round her nose, you can even see their wings ....

Very unlikely to ever sell them - I have been working up to owning an 850 and professional level lenses for years!

I used that very combination professionally every day for a several years before retiring. For me, it was the perfect combination….balance, weight, handling, speed and ease of use, high quality results.

I bought the 500mm PF lens when I got into bird photography ….which gave perfect shots even with the 1.4x teleconverter.

I was bewitched by mirrorless for some inexplicable reason and my then choice of the Sony A1, although a fabulous camera, scotched mirrorless weight saving, whilst introducing several “why did I do this” moments….and still does!
