I have just read a recent article/test of the D3s in the soon defunct DPreview by Barney Britton ,about Noise being significantly reduced ,by DxO PureRaw 3, it is like having a new camera, and ofcourse it is functional with other camera`s as well and has lens corrections too ,yet it is costly,a whole 140,- euro.

I am thinking hard about getting that, but will study it some more before making a decision,..has any one here used this or something similar ?

Thanks for that made interesting reading. I have just picked up a 2nd hand D300s and also report on how good the images are from that.
