Open the program and add open a jepg. in browser view. Go to EDIT > Draw or just press D on your keyboard and a screen with your pix and a sidebar on the left with the drawing tools. There is help by pressing F1.

Not really Tom. 
Lyn is almost as good and since I have a paid up copy of it then not having a Mac version of FastStone is no big deal to me as if I need more I use Photoshop.
