Very interesting. I will test when it comes out on my D600 and D800.

But can Nikon update the firmware of my F3 so it is digital? :lol:
That would be superb.

The update already exists, just download it to a CD card and incert it into your F3, instructions will pop up on the F3's LCD screen. :lol:

I'm going to complain to Nikon that this upgrade should have been made available before they released the F4. The F3 is the best ever film Nikon.
Perfect weight, balance and functionality.

In fact the Df should have been an F3 camera updated with digital guts!

The new program is suposed to "consolidates the currently scattered firmware update system into one easy-to-use program for updating cameras"

This would be great if Nikon can get it operational, they arn't known for good software or websites.

Hopefully it wont be a scam on their part to exploit the users computers.:sick:
