1^st Post

Just making this my new home so to speak. I am 77 years of age and have been fascinated all my life by photography. I am originally from Mississippi and currently reside in a retirement community in Green Valley,Az. I am retired from 30+ years years in Information Systems in various industries. This was during the era of the Mainframe and I am not really terribly familiar with the PC world. The same applies with the world of photography, I have a wealth of knowledge an some skill but is all in film. I am finding Digital (which I only recently entered) to be a wholly different world. I am a school trained gunsmith and have built rifles for years. My consuming passion was for Dangerous Game Hunting leavened by a love of sports cars. Alas ,I am pretty much done with both at this stage of my life. I have been widowed for over ten years. Looking forward to this new forum and the opportunities it will present.
